In Home Medical Services: Diagnostic Testing at Home
With the advent of mobile diagnostics, diagnostic testing at home is becoming more and more prevalent. Tests that can be performed in the home include:
- Echo-cardiograms
- Venous dopplers
- Ultrasounds
- Auditory
- Biopsies
- X-rays
- Blood tests
Echo-cardiogram tests are performed to determine cardiovascular function, especially for patients with congestive heart failure or other chronic heart conditions. After testing, we receive a written report from a Board certified cardiologist which is reviewed by our physician for treatment options.
