Culture and Benefits: Home Care Employment
While Home Physicians is a multi-specialty medical practice, we’re not your normal doctor’s office. There are no patients in our office, because physicians see all the patients in their homes. We offer a more casual, informal atmosphere than a doctor’s office, bursting with activity with phone calls, paperwork, and coordinating care for our patients.
Our people share the common mission of serving our patients, many of which have little access to traditional health care – regardless of department or medical specialty. Many of our physicians and office staff have been with Home Physicians for a number of years, and with our continued growth, there are often new opportunities for entry-level positions or advancement.
We offer two broad areas of home care employment. Our management company handles all back office support for the doctors and patients, and our professional corporation, Home Physicians PC, employs all the physicians and diagnostic testing personnel. Both groups offer competitive wages, opportunities for advancement, healthcare benefits, and 401K plan.
