Our Company History
Home Physicians started our journey in 1995 with just one physician and a couple of office staff. We quickly realized how much providing homebound patients quality home health care, equipment and testing was needed. Home Physicians helped to fill that vital need for the community, the patients, and others attempting to provide care.
Throughout the 1990’s, additional services were added including podiatry, diagnostic testing, and surgical wound debridement, and our service area expanded to cover Northwest Indiana.
In 2006 & 2007, we added management infrastructure and information technology to enable us to expand geographically and improve our home care services.
Today, Home Physicians is comprised of nearly 100 employees and we continue to expand our services. While much has changed at Home Physicians, our dedication to the needs of our patients, their caregivers, and other medical professionals has remained the same.
