About Home Physicians
Home Physicians is a multi-specialty medical practice providing physician house calls to homebound patients and patients unable to visit their doctor without assistance. Our practice focuses on primary care/internal medicine, podiatry, wound debridement, and diagnostic testing. All Home Physicians doctors are licensed, and most have Board certifications in their specialties.
Based in Chicago, Illinois, we have been caring for homebound patients since 1995. Services are also available in portions of DuPage and Lake County in Illinois, parts of Northwest Indiana, and Baltimore, MD. In most cases, Home Physicians can generally visit a patient within 48 hours of a referral.
Home Physicians offers exceptional, in home, non-emergency medical care. House calls are normally provided Monday through Friday during regular business hours, however, weekend visits can be arranged. We also have doctors on call for after-hour emergencies.
